To celebrate the unseasonably warm weather we've been having here in the UK I thought I'd fight off the childhood demons of the creepy bloke with thick coke bottle glasses in the Mr Softee van (you know, the one who always licked his lips at all the kids and you never knew why) and declare 'Miss Softee!' the new queen of the '99.
